These terms govern use of the Warrior's KC website operated by Warrior's Tinting. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation or security.

Website information: Service descriptions are general information, not a final quote, appointment, warranty or promise. Project scope, material, price, schedule, vehicle condition, preparation, installation and care terms are established separately in an approved estimate, work order or agreement.
Quote requests: Submitting a form does not create a contract or reserve production time. A project begins only after the required review and applicable written approval, payment or scheduling steps are complete.
Vehicle and file information: You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle details and for having the right to use logos, photos, artwork and other files supplied for a project. Final proofs must be reviewed carefully before approval.
Third-party links: The site may link to maps, social platforms or other services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Intellectual property: Website copy, branding, graphics and original materials may not be reused in a way that infringes applicable rights. Customer-owned marks remain subject to their owners' rights.
No universal guarantees: Results and service life depend on the approved service, product, vehicle, surface, exposure, use and care. Only written project-specific warranties or commitments apply.
Limitation: To the extent permitted by law, Warrior's Tinting is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the informational website. Nothing in these terms overrides rights that cannot legally be limited.
